• OpenPlant Modeler, a 3D Plant Design and Modeling Software used in the architectural and engineering industries developed and sold by Bentley Systems, https://www.bentley.com
• ANSYS Workbench (Version number, if applicable), a software used in the architectural and engineering industries, developed and sold by ANSYS, Inc., https://www.ansys.com/;
• ANSYS SpaceClaim, used in the architectural and engineering industries, developed and sold by ANSYS, Inc., https://www.ansys.com/
• MCNP (Monte Carlo N-Particle Transport Code),  a code designed to track many particle types over broad ranges of energies developed by Los Alamos National Laboratory, https://laws.lanl.gov/ 
• RayXpert, 3D radioprotection software developed and sold by RAD Tests & Radiations,  https://www.trad.fr/
• McCAD Tool , a geometry conversion Software developed at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, https://www.kit.edu/english/
